My philosophy

Illness is just a warning sign but it doesn’t necessarily mean our bodies or minds have gone wrong. The symptoms of illness are invariably unpleasant but they are doing the right thing in their attempt to clean out our tissues and heal our minds.  Their warnings are obvious. Slow down, change our habits, change our minds. So it is helpful to step away from the perception that something has gone wrong because we are ill. Illness can be a gift, a perfect wake up call. I have had many patients who have thanked heaven for their illness, mental or physical, because it has been such an amazing instrument of change. People who see their diseases, injuries, nervous breakdowns, not as accidents, horrors or punishments but as instruments to learn from, as gifts.

I try and teach the people I work with to celebrate everything, the good, the bad and the indifferent. I believe there are no accidents and everything is sent for a purpose that we need to remain conscious to receive the divine messages that are constantly coming down the pipeline.

Testimonial

“I’ve known Kitty Campion for 20 years and have had the pleasure of teaching for her school, the College of Herbs and Natural Healing, which she founded and headed. She is an excellent clinician, has lectured nationally and internationally and has done much to promote herbal medicine in the UK with her books and broadcasting. Her level of experience and her passion for her subject make her an invaluable asset.”
